Returns

  • Please click here to review our return policy.
  • Customers can return unworn shoes for a refund or exchange for a different size or color within 60 days. Final Sale items are not eligible. Visit our Returns + Exchanges page for more info.
  • If you believe your shoes are defective, you have the option to return them to our warehouse for inspection. Please note that we do not offer repair services or replacements parts and we do not guarantee refunds, as our warehouse makes the final determination. We request that you send your shoes to the following address:

    Please print a Defective Product Return Form and follow return instructions. We are unable to offer exchanges for defective product returns. All returns will be subject to refund only. Note: We recommend using a traceable shipping service (UPS or insured U.S. Mail). We are not responsible for lost packages.

Order Information

  • We routinely perform audit checks to verify order information in an effort to maintain high security standards for the protection of our customers. This may be why your order was cancelled. It is also possible that your order may have been cancelled if we ran out of stock in an item. In both cases, an email confirmation will be sent with the specific cancellation reason of your order.
  • To better serve our customers, we process and ship orders very quickly.

     

    If you need to cancel your order for any reason, there is a one (1) hour window after the order is placed to cancel orders. Once this window has passed, you can return your orders by mail.

Order Tracking

  • Please click here to track your order. Follow the simple tracking steps, and be sure to allow up to three business days from the date of your order for tracking information to appear.

Sizing

  • Our standard size run is 6-10. However, we do make some styles in size 5-12. Each product page lists the size run available in the size drop-down box.
  • Our website provides size conversions from U.S. to European sizes for each shoe in the size drop-down box.

Promotions

  • There could be more than one reason for this: (1) Only one promo code can be used per order. The last code you enter will be the one that gets applied. (2) Promo codes, coupon codes and gift certificates may not be used on previous orders and may not be redeemed for cash. (3) Certain items may be excluded from some discounts and promotions. Select colors of "Icons" or iconic styles - as well as "Exclusively Ours” and other select styles will be excluded at checkout and will state "Item excluded from discount" upon application of the discount to your cart. (4) Some discounts may only be applied to sale-priced items (regular-priced items may be excluded). *Refer to the terms and conditions of each offer for specific information.
